High Society Celebration
To celebrate our 100th event, we hosted a “Play to Win” competition featuring High Society, the game that has hit the table most frequently in our 100 events. In this bidding game, players strategically purchase scoring cards using limited funds while avoiding negative modifiers. The twist? The player with the least money at the end, regardless of their score, is eliminated!
During the event, we saw 7 games of High Society with over 20 participants. Players earned an entry into a draw to win the game each time they played. Amy, leveraging her fondness for the game, played several rounds and significantly boosted her chances in the draw. Congratulations, Amy, on winning your very own copy of High Society!
Blockbuster Shenanigans
The laughter was contagious at the table playing Blockbuster, a game that tests movie knowledge. Players in teams had to act, quote, and describe films using just one word for teammates to guess. The results? Hilarious and often unexpected. Can you guess these films from single-word clues?
