A very cold night, 15/06/2024, CBG Regular Event was warm and exciting! A brave crowd gathered in the gaming room to enjoy hours of fun and adventure.

We played two games in a row of Heat: Pedal to the Metal, using all the expansions in the base box. First race was the Great Britain track with a long gently curving strait and fast sweeping corners. Then we raced the France track, with many tight corners, made even more treacherous by difficult weather conditions. In the image above, the pack was all together at one of the tightest corners and in front of the press. I was racing green, so I could use the others in front to slip-stream around the corner and impress the watching cameras. I didn’t come first in any races but it was a lot of fun!
